We’re encouraged by the response to the Customer Success Resource Hub and are excited to continue bringing you new content. Here are a couple of highlights from this past month’s additions:
As announced last month, your feedback regarding multiple software downloads for online proctoring has been heard! Rather than downloading a separate Proctor Chat Applet (facilitated through LogMeIn Rescue), we are building a chat feature directly into the Guardian Browser.
This will not only reduce the number of software downloads required for a remote proctoring session, but will also speed up the proctor connection process and improve the overall candidate experience.
We are actively looking for early adopters for this new feature. If you are interested in joining our beta testing program for Integrated Chat, please reach out to your account representative or email the CS team!
ProctorU Platform Monthly Exam Insights Report
Our monthly Exam Insights Report has a new look! This report includes details around exam scheduling volume, cancelled exams, fulfilled sessions, technical issues, and candidate satisfaction. We find this is a great snapshot of a program’s performance, and it can help identify trends. Its new design incorporates more data and improves overall readability.
If you are not currently receiving this report but your program is using the ProctorU Platform, please let your CS rep know or email our team.
Client SharePoint Retention Policy Updates
We often utilize Microsoft SharePoint to share files between our team(s) and yours. To ensure the security of your program’s information and critical files while allowing for a more usable experience for our clients, we are making the following changes to our SharePoint policy:
Moving forward, SharePoint will be used as a secure file transfer site only. Any files remaining on the site that have not been accessed in 90 days will be considered inactive and will be removed. This includes any historic data that may have been saved to the site previously. The data will not be deleted from our system, simply removed from the SharePoint location. We will still be able to supply any files upon request.
Therefore, we strongly encourage you to download local copies of any historic data on the site so that it is readily available as needed.
ProctorU Platform Maintenance Schedule
We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the full 2023 maintenance schedule and 2024 maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.
Reminder: November Maintenance Window
Our next scheduled maintenance window on the ProctorU Platform is coming up on November 24 from 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. CT (UTC-06:00).
