That’s why we created the Customer Advisory Board—a small, rotating group of client leaders who provide candid insights and feedback on our roadmap, services, and shared challenges.
Our most recent CAB meeting included in-depth discussions and interactive exercises that are already informing how we work. Key focus areas included:

ProctorU Platform Maintenance Schedule
We perform monthly maintenance on the ProctorU Platform, using the time to implement vital performance and stability updates. During the scheduled windows, the platform will be completely offline, meaning no one will be able to log in. You can review the 2025 maintenance schedule in our support center at any time.
