One Million Guardian Sessions!
We've reached a major milestone: Delivering over 1,000,000+ sessions through our native Guardian Secure Browser!
Our team is thrilled with the adoption of Guardian, and the increased security, enhanced functionality, and improved candidate user experience that it provides. These benefits, along with sustained candidate satisfaction and launch times, have been enjoyed by both testing programs and their test-takers.
We’ll continue to update you as we release new Guardian features and functionality.
“[The Guardian Browser] was simple to use and
not complicated like other browsers.”

Call for Early Adopters!
As announced in previous digests, we are in a beta phase for a new feature on the ProctorU Platform that we’ve been calling “Integrated Chat.” This feature will eliminate the need for candidates to download a separate Proctor Chat Applet (facilitated through LogMeIn Rescue) and will vastly improve the testing experience.
We are still looking for clients who are willing and able to join our beta testing program for Integrated Chat. If you’re interested, please reach out to your Customer Success representative or email the CS team!
Positive Impact of “Max No Show” Functionality in the ProctorU Platform
Earlier this year, we introduced the “Max No Show” functionality in the ProctorU Platform to identify and limit candidates who repeatedly no-show and/or do not proactively cancel their appointments, which can result in additional costs to the client.
We have seen positive results from programs that use this feature, including one program that has seen a 4% reduction in no-shows over a 2-month period.
If you want to learn more or enable this feature in your remote proctoring service, please contact your Customer Success representative or email the CS team.
Now Available in the Meazure Exam Platform
Easier and More Secure Retesting Through “Retest Forms”
It’s often considered best practice to create multiple versions or forms of an exam. However, ensuring candidates are assigned the correct form for their approved retests can require a good bit of coordination. The Meazure Exam Platform now provides the ability to create pools of retest forms and automatically assign them to candidates based on item “enemy” configurations and forms previously seen by each candidate.
This configuration can be managed within the administrative portal under “Exam Shell Settings.” To learn more, please contact your Customer Success representative or email the CS team.
Delivery Windows to Facilitate Multimodal Exam Administration
For clients that administer exams through multiple modalities, we’ve developed a feature within the Meazure Exam Platform called Delivery Windows. This feature centralizes exam management and streamlines candidate bookings across multiple modalities within a single administration window.
The enhancement fully integrates the Meazure Exam Platform with the scheduling systems for the ProctorU Platform and the Meazure Learning Test Center Network. It also supports program-managed test site bookings as well as event-based testing. To learn more, please reference this informational flyer for more details.
Enabling this feature does require implementation work, and timelines could vary depending on complexity. If you’re interested in adopting the Delivery Window functionality for your exams, please reach out to your Customer Success rep or email us.
Discover how Meazure Learning's partnership with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC) modernized the program through innovative solutions, developing a three-year test development roadmap and making the program psychometrically stronger and more accessible. Currently in its first year, the roadmap includes numerous enhancements, including the development of an OSCE station-based exam and refinement of standard setting, calibration, and scoring processes.
