Professional Testing Customer Success Resource Hub
We’re encouraged by the response to the Customer Success Resource Hub and excited to continue bringing you new content. Here are a few highlights from this past month’s additions:
Reporting in the ProctorU Platform: This video shows you how to pull data and report in ProctorU, and it explains what the various metrics mean.
The Assessment Life Cycle: This video is a great introduction to the assessment development life cycle, which helps you develop an exam that is valid, reliable, and fair.
This Hub was built based on feedback provided by our clients, so we encourage you to share feedback on topics you would like to see. You can make a request below.
New Scheduling Feature in the Meazure Exam Platform—Delivery Windows
When the new Delivery Window feature is enabled, administrators can select multiple delivery modalities—remote delivery with online proctoring through the ProctorU Platform, venue or event-based testing, and test center delivery through the Meazure Learning Test Center Network—within a single administration window. Enabling this feature does require implementation work and timelines could vary depending on complexity. If you’re interested in this new functionality, please reach out to your Customer Success rep or email us.
Coming Soon to the Meazure Exam Platform—Modernized Test Delivery Experience
Meazure Learning is in the process of creating a more modern and consistent exam driver interface with WCAG compliance. We are planning a phased rollout approach going into 2024 as we extend this new interface to support multiple item types. If you’re interested in a demonstration of this modern exam experience, please contact your Customer Success rep or email us.
Guardian Browser—Usage and Impact Metrics of Note
We’re excited to share some data around the Guardian Browser and its positive impact on our programs and candidates.
Due to the additional and immediate security controls in Guardian, there have been significantly fewer interventions required, and a 40% decrease in confirmed breaches through Guardian compared to the previous browser extension workflow.
The average exam start time is 1 minute and 42 seconds faster than the average start time through the previous browser extension workflow.
Guardian Browser—Support for Multiple Windows
As we shared last month, for programs that have transitioned to the Guardian Browser workflow for remote proctoring, the platform can now support multiple browser windows. This new functionality will allow candidates to use two separate windows for exams that need more visual real estate on the monitor.
Coming Soon to the ProctorU Platform—Enhanced Video Player
As we’ve mentioned in past Digests, we are enhancing our video player for the ProctorU Platform to display candidate webcam and desktop recordings in one combined video. The new player offers a wider webcam aspect ratio and provides a more intuitive video control panel. We’re excited to share this demo with you to help you better understand the enhancements.
This will only be available to clients who have transitioned to the Guardian Secure Browser proctoring workflow. If you have not yet transitioned, please reach out to your Customer Success rep or email us.
Coming Soon to the ProctorU Platform—Guided Launch Process
Continuing to innovate and improve the overall candidate testing experience is at our core. As a part of this effort, we’re excited to share that we’ve been exploring ways to automate and streamline the launch process for online proctoring candidates.
This new process will be more self-guided and self-paced by the candidate, but proctors will still review and monitor the candidate’s steps and finalize the security screenings prior to admission into the assessment. During this new process, candidates will be able to:
Document the allowed resources they plan to use
Complete detailed room scans with required photos for better documentation of the testing environment
Benefit from a reduced time spent waiting for a proctor
We’ve begun testing this process with over 300 organizations and are excited to already see improvements. There will be more information to follow as this process develops in the coming months.
ProctorU Platform Access for C&L Clients
We completed our webinar series training C&L clients on the benefits of the ProctorU Platform. We’re excited for all our clients to be able to access the information available in the platform.
If you missed the webinar, you can access it here. If you have questions, please reach out to your Client Success Executive.
